Volunteers for Fire Services or EMS

Julian Cuyamaca Fire Protection District Volunteers are individuals who are looking to serve their community as Firefighters.  These individuals get invaluable hands-on experience and training that prepares them for fire and medical responses while giving back to the community. A Julian Cuyamaca Fire Protection District Volunteer is required to respond to emergencies, attend once a week training as well as one weekend day of training monthly The JCFPD Volunteer Firefighter program is growing and looking for quality individuals who posses leadership qualities, motivated, good attitude and hard workers willing to learn.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 18 years of age
• High School Diploma or GED
• Valid Class C Driver’s License
